Driver
George Russell
George Russell is a British racing driver who began karting at a very young age. Russell won the 2017 GP3 series championship with ART Grand Prix, and the 2018 FIA Formula 2 championship, again with ART Grand Prix, demonstrating his potential as a future F! driver.

Russell made his Formula One debut with Williams Racing in 2019. Despite the team's struggles, Russell impressed with his consistency and driving performance.
​
In 2022, Russell joined Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, partnering with seven time world champion Lewis Hamilton. There, he would go to score his first ever Grand Prix in Brazil.
​
Russell would go to win yet another Grand prix in 2024 at the Austrian Grand prix.
​
Russell is considered a rising star in Formula One, and is expected to have a bright future in this sport.

Car
Ferrari F2004

The Ferrari F 2004 is one of the most successful and iconic cars in Formula One history, produced by Scuderia Ferrari. This car was driven by Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello for Ferrari.
​
The car was designed by Rory Byrne, Ross Brawn and their team. It featured advanced aerodynamics, a powerful engine, and innovative technology. It was powered by a 3.0-liter v10 engine, known as the 053 which produced around 900 horsepower. The average sedan has about 200 hp. Like most F1 cars, the F2004 had a carbon fiber and honeycomb composite monocoque chassis which provided strength and lightness.

Championships: Michael Schumacher win the Driver's Championship in his seventh and final title. Ferrari also secured the Constructor's Championship.

Jeddah Corniche Circuit
This circuit spans along the coast of the Red Sea, offering stunning view of the waterfront and city.

The first Grand Prix to be held here was on December 5, 2021. The circuit was designed by architect Hermann Tilke, in collaboration with Formula One Group of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation.

The Jeddah Street Circuit is known for high speed sections, with average speeds comparable to traditional racing circuits rather than a typical street circuit. It however, poses many challenges for drivers: tight corners, narrow sections, and limited run-off areas.

The race is held at night as the temperatures are too extreme during the day. The illuminated track also adds to the visually striking atmosphere.

Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, often referred to simply as Mercedes, is one of the most successful and prominent teams in Formula One history.
